Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Food & Beverage Director in daily operational management, including opening and closing procedures.
- Support in supervising, training, and motivating F&B staff to maintain high service standards and team morale.
- Learn and contribute to inventory management, ordering, and cost control initiatives for food, beverages, and supplies.
- Actively participate in menu planning, special event coordination, and promotional activities.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to feedback, and ensure prompt resolution of any service issues.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Gain exposure to budgeting, financial reporting, and operational analysis to optimize profitability.
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment and foster strong teamwork.
- Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the F&B management team.
