Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Food & Beverage Director in daily operational management, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Support in supervising, training, and motivating F&B staff to maintain high service standards and team morale.
  • Learn and contribute to inventory management, ordering, and cost control initiatives for food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Actively participate in menu planning, special event coordination, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to feedback, and ensure prompt resolution of any service issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Gain exposure to budgeting, financial reporting, and operational analysis to optimize profitability.
  • Contribute to creating a positive work environment and foster strong teamwork.
  • Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the F&B management team.

Required Skills

  • Strong passion for food and beverage industry and hospitality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to motivate others.
  • Basic understanding of F&B operations and customer service principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory software.
  • Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
