Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive annual fundraising plan aligned with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
- Cultivate, steward, and strengthen relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and philanthropic foundations.
- Research, identify, and pursue new funding opportunities, including meticulous grant writing, submission, and reporting.
- Plan, organize, and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and appeals from conceptualization to post-event analysis.
- Manage and maintain accurate donor databases (CRM) to track interactions, giving history, and communication preferences.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and reports for various stakeholders, demonstrating impact and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and communications team to create impactful fundraising materials and campaigns.
- Monitor fundraising performance against targets, analyze data, and provide regular, insightful reports to leadership.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant fundraising regulations, ethical standards, and best practices.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage fundraising volunteers, leveraging their support for events and outreach.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (4+ years) in fundraising management, including individual giving, corporate sponsorships, and grant writing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and persuasion.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, capable of engaging diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated strategic planning, project management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with donor management software (CRM) and data analysis tools.
- Ability to analyze financial information and translate organizational needs into compelling funding requests.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and adherence to ethical conduct in all fundraising activities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Non-profit Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CFRE (Certified Fundraising Executive) designation or progress towards certification.

- Experience with digital fundraising platforms and social media campaigns for donor engagement.
- Prior experience working in a community-focused non-profit organization or social impact sector.
