Key Responsibilities
- Accurately abstracting and coding patient medical information from clinical documentation using standard classification systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT).

- Ensuring strict compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and other relevant data privacy and security regulations.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding systems
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
