As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Your days will be varied, fulfilling, and focused on building meaningful connections. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Support clients with medication reminders and management, as directed by care plans.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying living areas and laundry.
  • Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities, fostering social interaction.
  • Assist with shopping and running errands, enabling clients to maintain their independence.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client health or well-being to the care coordinator.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided and client observations.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols and company policies.
