As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Support clients with medication reminders and management, as directed by care plans.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, promoting healthy eating habits.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying living areas and laundry.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities, fostering social interaction.
- Assist with shopping and running errands, enabling clients to maintain their independence.
- Monitor and report any changes in client health or well-being to the care coordinator.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided and client observations.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols and company policies.
