Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the full cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding, preparing orientation materials and completing necessary paperwork.
- Maintain and update accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including drafting communications, preparing reports, and managing calendars.
- Respond to general employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support various HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Basic understanding of Canadian employment laws and regulations (e.g., ESA, Human Rights Code).
