Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional lash extension applications (classic, hybrid, volume) with precision and artistry.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, discuss desired outcomes, and ensure client suitability for services.
- Apply lash lifts and tints, adhering to safety protocols and client comfort standards.
- Educate clients on proper lash aftercare techniques and recommended retail products to maintain lash health and longevity.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized work environment, sanitizing tools and equipment according to industry standards.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and assist with client bookings and inquiries as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest lash trends, techniques, and products through continuous education and training.
- Provide exceptional customer service, fostering a positive and relaxing experience for all clients.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Valid state cosmetology or esthetician license.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Lash Technician.
