Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable at all times.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and deliveries; prepare outgoing correspondence.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Manage and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Process incoming client payments and maintain simple financial records.
- Support legal staff with various ad-hoc tasks as required, contributing to overall office efficiency.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and firm information.
Required Skills
