Hiring.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Possilpark, Glasgow. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic annual business plans for a portfolio of national accounts to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at national account level, including buyers, category managers, and senior leadership.
- Negotiate commercial terms, promotional calendars, and supply agreements that are mutually beneficial and align with company objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews with national accounts, analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and presenting recommendations for growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product development teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and initiatives.
- Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and profitability for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and proactive risk mitigation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new business opportunities and refine account strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a National Account Manager or similar senior sales role within the consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with experience managing complex commercial agreements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, budget management, and data analysis.

- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel regularly to client sites and the office.
