Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a diverse range of roles, from initial intake to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier active and passive candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing expert advice and market insights.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools effectively to track progress, maintain data integrity, and generate reports.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and employment legislation to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
  • Actively participate in employer branding initiatives and contribute to process improvements within the talent acquisition function.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in an agency or high-volume corporate setting.
  • Proven ability to source, screen, and close candidates for diverse roles.
  • Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working autonomously in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting in tech, healthcare, or financial services sectors.
  • Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., CHRP, CIRP).
  • Familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms beyond LinkedIn (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow, X-Ray search).
  • Experience with remote team collaboration tools.
