Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems.
- Learn to identify basic issues and components within refrigeration units under guidance.
- Carry out routine preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting electrical connections.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies while on client sites or in the workshop.
- Help with the transport and organisation of tools and equipment to and from job sites.
- Shadow experienced technicians to gain insight into advanced diagnostic and repair procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
