Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards and customer preferences.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment safely and efficiently.
- Take customer orders accurately, process payments using a POS system, and handle cash transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting all patrons with a friendly attitude and assisting with product selections.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, seating areas, and equipment throughout the shift.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for food and beverage preparation and handling.
- Restock inventory, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service during peak hours.
