Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport passengers to their requested destinations.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained vehicle at all times.
- Utilize a smartphone application for navigation, ride requests, and trip management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly and professional experience for all passengers.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain a high level of punctuality and reliability.
- Assist passengers with luggage or accessibility needs as required.
- Communicate effectively with passengers and the support team.
- Manage your own schedule and availability through the platform.
Required Skills
- Valid UK Driving License (full, unrestricted)
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience (post-license acquisition)
- Clean driving record (no major convictions in the past 5 years)
- Excellent knowledge of Leeds and surrounding areas (or strong navigation skills)
- Proficiency with smartphone applications and GPS navigation
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Access to a 4-door vehicle (2009 model year or newer) that meets regulatory standards
- Ability to pass a background check

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
