Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and bath amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and floors.
- Restock minibar items, coffee supplies, and other guest room amenities as required.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to supervision.
- Handle lost and found items in accordance with company policy.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Ensure the security of guest rooms and privacy of guests at all times.
- Manage laundry duties for linens and towels when necessary.
