Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas, to the highest standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities according to established procedures.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces to ensure a sparkling clean environment.
- Inspect rooms for any damage or maintenance issues and report them promptly.
- Handle guest requests and queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and service corridors as required.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities, reporting needs to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, including front desk and maintenance staff.
- Handle lost and found items according to company policy.
