You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to presentation, negotiation, and contract closure. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the assigned territory.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth transition to the customer success team.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to align sales strategy with business objectives.
- Utilize CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to manage and forecast sales pipeline accurately.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new payment plans/pricing.
- Monitor competition, market conditions, and product development.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of proven experience in SaaS sales, with a track record of consistently exceeding targets.
- Demonstrable experience selling to enterprise-level clients.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to articulate the distinct value proposition of complex software solutions.
- Strategic thinking with a hunter mentality and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer pain points.
