Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold outreach, and lead follow-up within assigned territories.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and discovery calls to understand client pain points and business objectives.
- Present and demonstrate Hiring.zycto's technology solutions to prospective clients, clearly articulating value propositions and ROI.
- Develop and deliver customized sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales contracts to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client journey and enhance product offerings.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, preferably in software or SaaS.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects and clients remotely.
