Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, and plating.
  • Learn and master various cooking techniques and station management.
  • Support the culinary team in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring proper stock rotation and minimizing waste.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Contribute to menu development and special event planning.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff when appropriate.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Handle food orders and liaise with suppliers as directed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
