Key Responsibilities

  • Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing, screening, and initial qualification processes.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing diaries efficiently.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accuracy.
  • Prepare and send correspondence to candidates, including interview confirmations, rejection letters, and feedback requests.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing excellent customer service and answering queries.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed.
  • Assist with job posting creation and distribution on various job boards and platforms.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc recruitment projects and initiatives as required.
