Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one virtual career coaching sessions with a diverse portfolio of candidates, providing personalized guidance.
- Offer expert advice and hands-on assistance for resume writing, cover letter development, and LinkedIn profile optimization.
- Prepare candidates comprehensively for interviews through mock sessions, offering constructive feedback and strategic advice.
- Develop and implement personalized job search strategies tailored to individual candidate needs, career goals, and target industries.
- Stay abreast of current industry trends, job market demands, emerging roles, and recruitment best practices to inform guidance.
- Potentially facilitate virtual workshops and group coaching sessions on various career development topics, such as networking or personal branding.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential records of candidate interactions, progress, and outcomes in our CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with the internal recruitment team to understand client needs and align candidate placement strategies.
- Provide guidance on salary negotiation tactics, professional development pathways, and long-term career advancement.
- Foster a supportive, encouraging, and empowering environment for all candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
Required Skills

- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate individuals from diverse backgrounds effectively.
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment processes, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and contemporary hiring trends.
- Proficiency in creating, editing, and optimizing compelling resumes, cover letters, and professional online profiles.
- Excellent active listening and empathy skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly in a virtual setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a diverse caseload efficiently, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
