Key Responsibilities
- Perform precise alterations, repairs, and customisations on a wide range of garments, including suits, dresses, trousers, and coats.
- Conduct client fittings with professionalism, offering expert advice on fit, style, and fabric care.
- Utilise various sewing machines, hand-stitching techniques, and specialised equipment to achieve high-quality finishes.
- Manage workflow efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional standards of craftsmanship.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment, including proper care and maintenance of equipment.
- Accurately record client measurements, specifications, and job details.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and outstanding client experience.

- Provide clear and concise communication to clients regarding timelines, costs, and garment care.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of professional tailoring or seamstress experience.
- Proficiency in both machine and hand-sewing techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and fitting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in all tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of alterations and repairs.
