Hiring.zycto is seeking a driven and technically proficient Technical Sales Engineer to join our thriving team in Downtown, Bel Air. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for prospective clients, understanding their business and technical requirements.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
- Develop and deliver compelling proof-of-concept (POC) projects and pilot programs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and close deals.
- Provide technical expertise during the sales cycle, addressing client questions and overcoming objections.
- Gather and relay client feedback to product management and engineering teams for continuous product improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and Hiring.zycto's product roadmap.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to represent Hiring.zycto and network with potential clients.
- Assist in creating technical documentation, sales collateral, and best practice guides.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions engineering role, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of complex software systems, APIs, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data management.
- Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
