Job Description

Hiring.zycto is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Tenant Coordinator to join our dedicated team on picturesque Bowen Island, British Columbia. This on-site, full-time role is absolutely crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office properties, serving as the primary liaison between tenants and property management. As the Tenant Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face and reliable point of contact for our valued tenants, addressing their inquiries, facilitating requests, and contributing significantly to their positive experience within our properties. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Administer lease agreements, including managing renewals, new tenant move-ins, and existing tenant move-outs, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair requests by liaising with contractors, vendors, and building staff to ensure prompt and satisfactory service.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date tenant records, communication logs, and property documentation using relevant property management software.
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets, financial reporting, and invoicing related to tenant accounts and property operations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all property policies, procedures, and relevant regulations, advising tenants as necessary.
  • Support the broader property management team with various administrative tasks, reporting, and project coordination as required.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication between tenants, property management, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct property tours and assist with tenant onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all new occupants.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., BOMA, REIC) are an asset.
