Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior Wind Turbine Technicians with routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all health and safety protocols, including procedures for working at heights, confined spaces, and electrical safety.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning of components, and routine mechanical checks under direct supervision.
- Support troubleshooting efforts and corrective maintenance activities on turbine systems.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including time, materials used, and observations.
- Safely handle, transport, and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Actively participate in all assigned training and development programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and safety concerns.
