Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective English as a Second Language (ESL) lessons tailored to various proficiency levels and age groups.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment that fosters student participation and learning.
- Assess student progress regularly through various methods (quizzes, assignments, oral assessments) and provide constructive feedback.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, materials, and technological tools to cater to diverse learning styles.
