Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365) to meet business requirements and user needs.
  • Ensure high data quality, integrity, and hygiene within the CRM system through regular audits, data cleansing initiatives, and validation rules.
  • Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows, processes, reports, and dashboards to support and enhance sales, marketing, and customer service operations.
  • Provide technical support, advanced training, and comprehensive documentation to CRM users, promoting best practices and maximizing system adoption across the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and IT teams to gather requirements, implement new features, and facilitate seamless integration of CRM with other business tools.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and provide data-backed recommendations for continuous process improvements and strategic decision-making.
  • Stay current with CRM technology advancements, industry best practices, and new features to continuously enhance our platform capabilities and maintain competitive advantage.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a CRM Administrator or Specialist, with in-depth knowledge of at least one major CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud, HubSpot CRM).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, create meaningful reports, and derive actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in data management, including importing, exporting, cleansing data, and ensuring data governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to configure CRM modules, build custom objects, fields, layouts, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment, managing multiple priorities and projects effectively.
  • Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service processes and how CRM systems strategically support and enhance them.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant CRM certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot Administrator, Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms integrated with CRM (e.g., Pardot, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot Marketing Hub).
  • Basic understanding of SQL or other query languages for advanced data extraction and analysis.
  • Project management experience, particularly in implementing, upgrading, or migrating CRM systems or features.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
