Key Responsibilities
- Perform general grounds maintenance tasks including mowing lawns, strimming edges, and weeding garden beds.
- Assist with planting, pruning, and watering of plants, shrubs, and flowers to maintain vibrant landscapes.
- Undertake litter picking, sweeping pathways, and general tidying of outdoor areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Operate basic groundskeeping machinery and tools safely, after receiving appropriate training.
- Support the team with seasonal tasks such as leaf blowing, snow clearing (where applicable), and grit spreading.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, reporting any hazards or incidents promptly.
