Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, carriers, and internal departments regarding delivery schedules and updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transportation activities, including logs, manifests, and invoices.
  • Monitor the status of active shipments, identifying and reporting any potential delays or issues to the relevant parties.
  • Support in resolving minor operational issues and discrepancies related to freight movement.
  • Ensure all transportation documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports on transportation performance, costs, and efficiency.
  • Input and manage data within our transportation management system (TMS) or other relevant software.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support logistical planning and decision-making.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve operational knowledge and skills.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
