Key Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, carriers, and internal departments regarding delivery schedules and updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transportation activities, including logs, manifests, and invoices.
- Monitor the status of active shipments, identifying and reporting any potential delays or issues to the relevant parties.
- Support in resolving minor operational issues and discrepancies related to freight movement.
- Ensure all transportation documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on transportation performance, costs, and efficiency.
- Input and manage data within our transportation management system (TMS) or other relevant software.
