Are you an experienced SAP Consultant with a passion for optimizing business processes and driving digital transformation? Hiring.zycto is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SAP Consultant to join our growing team in Downtown, Cambridge. In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in the full lifecycle implementation of SAP solutions, from initial requirements gathering and system design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
As an SAP Consultant, you will leverage your deep functional and technical expertise to analyze client business challenges, translate them into effective SAP solutions, and guide stakeholders through complex change management processes. This position demands a strategic thinker who can not only configure SAP modules but also understand the broader business implications of technical decisions. You will work closely with clients across various sectors, understanding their unique needs and designing tailored SAP landscapes that enhance efficiency, improve data visibility, and support strategic objectives.
Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with project managers, technical developers, and other functional consultants to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of SAP systems. You’ll be responsible for conducting workshops, preparing detailed documentation, developing test scripts, and providing comprehensive training to end-users. A significant part of your role will also be to stay abreast of the latest SAP innovations, including S/4HANA, Cloud solutions, and emerging technologies, and advise clients on best practices and future-proof strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in all phases of SAP implementation projects, including planning, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live support.
- Conduct detailed business requirements analysis, design workshops, and create functional specifications for SAP solutions.
- Configure SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM, S/4HANA) according to business needs and best practices.
- Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
- Provide expert guidance and training to end-users and client teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom development (ABAP), integration (SAP PI/PO, CPI), and data migration activities.
- Perform root cause analysis for issues, provide solutions, and support ongoing system enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and product releases to recommend innovative solutions.
- Manage client expectations and project deliverables effectively to ensure successful outcomes.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation or support roles.
- Proficiency in at least one core SAP module (e.g., SAP FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM).
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture, configuration, and integration points.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with full project lifecycle implementations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
