Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies and policies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
- Analyze operational performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement process optimizations to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Manage and control operational budgets, P&L, and resource allocation to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operational team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging best practices, technology, and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership and other department heads on strategic planning, new business development, and expansion projects.
