Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies and policies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
  • Analyze operational performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement process optimizations to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Manage and control operational budgets, P&L, and resource allocation to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operational team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging best practices, technology, and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership and other department heads on strategic planning, new business development, and expansion projects.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, providing regular reports on performance to executive management.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, developing contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
