Key Responsibilities
- Complete a structured training program covering all aspects of cashier operations and supervisory duties.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately and efficiently, handling various payment methods.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
- Learn to oversee and assist cashiers during peak hours, ensuring smooth and rapid service.
- Support the management team in daily opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and till management.
- Assist with training new cashier staff on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area and contribute to overall store cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels at checkout, assisting with restocking and merchandising as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, security protocols, and health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
