Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service, addressing inquiries and assisting with diverse needs promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of resort facilities, including public areas, dining spaces, recreational zones, and back-of-house areas.
  • Assist with setting up and taking down for various resort events, activities, and functions, ensuring timely execution.
  • Support various departments such as housekeeping, food & beverage, and recreation as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or guest concerns to appropriate management promptly.
  • Operate and clean equipment safely and efficiently according to resort standards.
  • Adhere to all resort policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless resort operations and a positive working environment.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • High level of reliability and punctuality.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), pushing, pulling, and standing/walking for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per resort needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience (6+ months) in hospitality, customer service, or a resort environment.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Knowledge of an additional language (e.g., French, Mandarin, Spanish).
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
