Key Responsibilities
- Assist department managers in daily operational tasks across various club areas (e.g., F&B, golf, events, front desk).
- Support the planning, execution, and supervision of member events, ensuring seamless delivery and high satisfaction.
- Engage directly with club members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering strong, positive relationships.
- Participate in staff training and development initiatives, learning effective leadership and team motivation techniques.
- Contribute to inventory management, cost control, and budget adherence within assigned departments.
- Assist in maintaining the highest standards of club cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal.
- Shadow senior management to learn about strategic planning, policy implementation, and operational decision-making.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, member feedback, and departmental achievements.
