Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and upkeep of facilities, grounds, and equipment.
- Operate and maintain various hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine cleaning, sweeping, pressure washing, and waste removal across all assigned areas.
- Assist with minor repairs and construction projects, including carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing.
- Maintain outdoor areas, including landscaping, gardening, weeding, and snow removal as seasonally required.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and report needs for reordering.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues, hazards, or repair requirements promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide support to other team members and departments as needed for various operational tasks.
- Adhere to schedules and complete assigned tasks within specified timelines.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in general labor, property maintenance, or a related hands-on field.
- Ability to safely operate common hand and power tools.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.

- Valid G-class driver's license with a clean driving record.
