Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in a structured training program designed to cover all aspects of quality control and assurance.
  • Assist in conducting regular inspections and audits of products, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Learn to interpret and apply relevant quality management systems (e.g., ISO, HACCP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Collect, analyze, and report quality data, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.
  • Support the investigation of quality non-conformances, participate in root cause analysis, and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to integrate quality throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Aid in the development and revision of quality control procedures, work instructions, and documentation.
  • Contribute to training initiatives for production staff on quality control best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality activities and findings.
  • Shadow and support senior Quality Control Managers in their daily duties, preparing for future leadership responsibilities.

Required Skills
