Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily planning, coordination, and execution of last-mile delivery operations.
  • Monitor delivery performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.
  • Learn and utilize route optimization software to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support the onboarding, training, and ongoing management of delivery drivers.
  • Engage with customer service teams to resolve delivery-related inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, forecast demands, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and transportation regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas for process enhancements and innovation.
  • Shadow senior managers to understand strategic planning and departmental leadership.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
