Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily planning, coordination, and execution of last-mile delivery operations.
- Monitor delivery performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.
- Learn and utilize route optimization software to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support the onboarding, training, and ongoing management of delivery drivers.
- Engage with customer service teams to resolve delivery-related inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, forecast demands, and inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and transportation regulations.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas for process enhancements and innovation.
- Shadow senior managers to understand strategic planning and departmental leadership.
Required Skills
