Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and facilitating Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support the development team in maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog.
  • Help identify, track, and remove impediments to team progress.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, sprint metrics, and team performance.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and product owners.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile processes and practices within the organization.
  • Support the documentation of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and assist in managing expectations.
