Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner.
  • Educate customers on cannabis products, including strains, consumption methods, and effects, while adhering to all legal guidelines.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and card payments.
  • Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for cannabis purchases.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment, including merchandising and stock rotation.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with receiving and stocking new products, and report discrepancies.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies and Nunavut's cannabis regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries or issues efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge.
