Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner.
- Educate customers on cannabis products, including strains, consumption methods, and effects, while adhering to all legal guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and card payments.
- Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for cannabis purchases.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment, including merchandising and stock rotation.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with receiving and stocking new products, and report discrepancies.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and Nunavut's cannabis regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries or issues efficiently.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge.
Required Skills
