Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat in both English and French.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues with precision and efficiency.
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions, ensuring clear understanding and resolution.
  • Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-tier support teams when appropriate.
  • Proactively identify common customer issues and contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
  • Stay updated on product developments, technical changes, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in a remote work environment.

Required Skills

  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role
  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS), common software applications, and basic networking concepts
