Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough advance work, threat assessments, and risk analyses for assigned principals and locations.
- Provide discreet and effective close personal protection for high-profile clients in diverse environments, including travel.
- Develop and execute comprehensive security plans, including route reconnaissance, contingency planning, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain a high level of physical fitness, tactical proficiency, and readiness in defensive tactics.
- Operate and maintain specialized security equipment and communication devices.
- Liaise effectively with law enforcement agencies, airport security, event staff, and client support teams.
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports on security activities, incidents, and observations.
- Ensure strict adherence to all confidentiality agreements and discretion protocols.
- Provide secure transportation for clients, maintaining vehicle safety, readiness, and situational awareness.
- Respond swiftly and appropriately to emergency situations, including medical incidents, utilizing advanced first aid skills.
Required Skills
- Certified in Executive Protection/Close Protection from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a professional bodyguard or executive protection role.
- Advanced proficiency in defensive tactics, unarmed combat, and self-defense techniques.
- Exceptional situational awareness, observational skills, and threat assessment capabilities.
- Valid driver's license with an impeccable driving record.
- Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification (Advanced preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in operating various security communication devices and basic surveillance equipment.
- High level of physical fitness and stamina to meet demanding operational requirements.
- Proven ability to remain calm, focused, and effective under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
- Background in military special forces, law enforcement tactical units, or private security contracting.
- Experience with international travel security and varying global threat landscapes.
- Advanced firearms proficiency and certification (where legally permitted and required for specific assignments).
