Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks for facilities and grounds, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment and event spaces efficiently and according to schedule.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling in designated areas, adhering to environmental guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify and promptly report any maintenance needs or potential hazards.
- Operate light machinery and tools safely and efficiently, such as floor buffers, pressure washers, and leaf blowers.
- Provide support for logistical operations, including receiving, sorting, and delivering supplies and materials.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and operational policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless operational continuity and achieve collective goals.
Required Skills
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and a strong, proactive work ethic.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and a willingness to strictly follow instructions.
