Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage music production projects from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring artistic vision and technical excellence.
- Arrange, compose, record, mix, and master audio tracks to industry standards, utilizing a broad range of production techniques and tools.
- Collaborate effectively with artists, vocalists, songwriters, and other team members to achieve project goals and enhance creative output.
- Provide clear artistic direction and constructive feedback during recording sessions and throughout the production process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of music production software, hardware, and emerging industry trends and technologies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
- Curate and manage sound libraries, samples, and virtual instruments to enhance production quality and workflow.
- Ensure all produced content adheres to legal and ethical guidelines regarding copyright and licensing, securing proper permissions where necessary.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Music Producer, demonstrating a strong portfolio across various genres.
- Expert proficiency in at least one major Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, Ableton Live, or FL Studio.
- Comprehensive understanding of music theory, arrangement, composition, and songwriting principles.
