Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct anonymous visits to assigned businesses in the St. Michael's Cathedral, Toronto area as per project guidelines.
  • Observe and evaluate specific aspects of the customer experience, including staff demeanor, product knowledge, cleanliness, service efficiency, and overall atmosphere.
  • Interact with staff members naturally and professionally, asking relevant questions or making purchases as required by the assignment brief.
  • Complete detailed and objective online reports within 24-48 hours of each visit, accurately documenting observations and experiences.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding assignments, clients, and proprietary information.
  • Adhere to all project instructions and deadlines, ensuring high-quality data collection.
  • Submit required documentation, such as receipts or photographs, as proof of visit.
