Key Responsibilities
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in close collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive program plans, including detailed timelines, resource requirements, and meticulous budget allocations.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative, supportive, and high-performance environment.
- Monitor overall program progress, proactively identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage all stakeholder communications, providing regular, transparent updates on program status, emerging issues, and key successes.

Required Skills
