Job Description

Hiring.zycto is on the lookout for an exceptional Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion within the key Western Ontario market. This fully remote position offers the unique opportunity to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team from anywhere within Rockcliffe-Smythe, Toronto, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth, cultivate strategic client relationships, and penetrate new market segments. As our Regional Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the sales landscape of your region, identifying emerging trends, and capitalizing on market opportunities. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a remote sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring individual and team success.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, for key accounts.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for clients.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales best practices within the region.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a remote sales team effectively.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry.
