Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive sustainability strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key environmental performance indicators (KPIs) and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and identify opportunities for waste reduction, energy efficiency, and carbon footprint reduction.
- Engage with internal departments and external stakeholders to promote sustainable practices and build partnerships.
- Lead and manage sustainability-focused projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Research and recommend innovative sustainable technologies, practices, and materials.
- Prepare detailed sustainability reports, presentations, and communications for various audiences.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sustainability management or environmental consulting.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations, standards, and reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
