Job Description

Hiring.zycto is seeking an exceptionally motivated and results-oriented Territory Manager to join our growing team in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Required Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Territory Manager or similar sales role (minimum 4 years).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Exceptional selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations tailored to audience needs.
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
