Key Responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive training programs to learn about timeshare products, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Shadow senior Sales Managers during client presentations, property tours, and closing procedures to gain practical insight.
- Assist in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of timeshare ownership.
- Learn to manage leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
