Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the scheduling of training sessions, workshops, and meetings, including booking venues and managing invitations.
- Prepare and distribute training materials, presentations, and resources to participants and instructors.
- Maintain accurate training records, track attendance, and manage training completion data.
- Communicate effectively with employees, trainers, and vendors regarding training logistics and updates.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling training rooms, including arranging equipment and refreshments.
- Provide administrative support to the training department, including managing correspondence and organizing files.
- Collect and compile feedback from training sessions to assist in program evaluation and improvement.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating their initial training schedules and resources.
- Research and recommend new tools or methods to enhance the training delivery experience.
- Handle basic inquiries related to training programs and direct complex queries to appropriate personnel.
